Note: ask the colleague about the level of confidentiality they want, and come to an agreement about how the feedback will be used and how it may be presented to other people to protect identity, if that is requested. The information will be shared with the recruitment committee. The other potential people involved in the discussion are the Dean and the Associate Dean for DEI.
