How do I See Applicants?!

The filter settings are confusing. The key is to start with the “Basic Qualifications” filter; see snapshot below.

Basic Qualifications

• “Qualified”: misleading; most applicants are not listed here

• “Unqualified”: accurate; applicants do not have basic qualifications (e.g., PhD in Nursing Science)

• “Unknown”: most applicants will be here

• “Entire Pool”: everyone; should be the default
