You can forward @ucla.edu (@g.ucla.edu) emails to your sonnet.ucla.edu or any other email. Once this is set up, you can log onto your sonnet email and see both sonnet and @ucla.edu emails.

Note: you only need myname@ucla.edu in the email address; the “g.” as in myname@g.ucla.edu is redundant. The web address g.ucla.edu gives you access to your UCLA Google Apps account, including gmail, Drive, Docs,… etc.

Description

  1. Log on to g.ucla.edu, and sign in

  2. Go to email settings (gear icon), “See all settings”

  3. Go to “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab, click “Add forwarding address”

  4. Enter your sonnet (or other) email, Next, Proceed

  5. Check your sonnet (or other) email for a confirmation from Google Apps, click the link, then Confirm
