One way to provide an agenda and meeting materials is to attach them to the Outlook meeting – snapshot below shows how. This avoids having to track email updates as the latest info is in the meeting item.
The outlook item can also have an agenda in text.
You can edit the attachments and text; optionally, you can “Send Update” to notify attendees of a change.
