A high level overview of actions needed to have teaching schedule in TAT.

Assign instructors to courses - Program Directors

Schedule courses (day/time and room) - Stephen?

Define program year (BS 1, BS 2 etc.) for some courses - Academic Affairs or Program Directors

Check all courses for all programs - Academic Affairs; Program Directors may find discrepancies

Assign clinical groups and instructors

Adjust for changes in instructors

Software updates: bugs, UI (focus on high-value and low-effort changes)

Courses added (from 2021-2022 year)

Instructors added

Instructor teaching loads added
