Add a clinical group

I could not assign correctly the clinical group assigned to a faculty. We added another clinical group to accommodate the increase in number of students in the BS cohort.

There are two ways to add this info:

1. Preferred - If there is already a clinical group for this course, it can be cloned and then simply update the “Activity type” and  “Section” (click on the text to update)

2. Alternative - “Add/Change Course” > “Add New Course”

We do not have role-based implementation, so all users have the same permissions (except for the Course rollover), so any user should be able to add additional clinical groups.
