- UCLA SON EDI Retreat to be on Wednesday 4/20/22
- UCLA SON Faculty retreat 6/15 & 6/16/22
The UCLA National Clinician Scholars Program (NCSP) would like to have more mentors from the SON to help mentor the postdoctoral fellows including nurse fellows and/or physician fellows.
- We have two new nurse fellows starting their postdoc on 7/1/22. See more here on the incoming and present scholars in the UCLA NCSP: https://uclancsp.med.ucla.edu/people/scholars-2/
- Please note most fellows earn a masters degree in Health Policy and Management at the FSPH during the post doc program, focused on improving health systems and health services for diverse populations.
- Shared research interests could make you a great match! But even if the content area is not a match, you could provide valuable career mentorship.
- Also, many young fellows are eager to co-author on commentaries, op-eds, and other advocacy articles related to nursing that might be well-suited to partnership with a SON faculty member.
