  1. Some/all TUT courses (at least SRP 99 and dissertation 596, etc are not scheduled; they have no time or room. Indeed, they were not intended to be a part of the TAT. The SRP 99’s never count for teaching credit. The doctoral mentoring is usually done on a yearly basis, and so is reflected in the teaching load; otherwise there would have to be 4 quarters entered for each PhD student.

    1. They are in the system because of the download from the registrar

  2. FYI – I may have multiple students in my SRP’s. In the registratrar, I have one 99 course listed, with one or more students. Nancy Pike would have her own SRP 99 I assume, with only her students listed. Thus each faculty can have one “container” to put in multiple students.
