Information to provide for promotions

• If candidate is not a PI, Co-I, etc. but does significant work for the research project/publication - then they need to discuss their efforts in "team research" activities. They were 1ist or last author or corresponding author. They conducted all the stats. They coordinated study and reported on study findings etc.

• Report if COVID-19 had an impact on progression of research (Lab closed, travel restricted, loss of day care, etc.)

• Report diversity - member of a diverse group? On DEI or other committees. Include diverse issues in classes, mentoring, etc.
