Dear Nursing Faculty,
With the beginning of Fall coursework just a few weeks away, we write to you with additional information regarding the transition of Nursing coursework from CCLE to Bruin Learn. Below you will find a 10-minute activity to ensure you are prepared for the transition, further information regarding upcoming training opportunities and Bruin Learn support and resource information.
10-Minute Activity: Arrange Your Bruin Learn Dashboard
Take these three steps to ensure you are ready to teach in Bruin Learn this Fall:
Review the courses in your Bruin Learn Dashboard and make sure you have access to all courses you are teaching this Fall.
Arrange your Bruin Learn Dashboard in a way that makes it easy to access your courses.
Review the content in each of your courses and note any questions or additional resources you may need. Attend
Bruin Learn Office Hours or reach out to Bruin Learn Support to receive one-on-one training and support from a Bruin Learn Instructional Designer.
CCLE Access
As part of the transition to Bruin Learn, CCLE is now only accessible as “read-only”. This means updates/changes to CCLE courses and teaching in CCLE is no longer available. Summer 2022 course content in CCLE will be migrated/copied to Bruin Learn later this month and available for you to use in future quarters. If you need Summer 2022 course content for courses taught in CCLE available in Bruin Learn prior to the start of the Fall 2022 quarter, please email Bruin Learn Support.

Bruin Learn Office Hours
The Bruin Learn Transformation Team will be hosting Instructional Design Office Hours daily through the end of September, including twice daily office hours beginning September 19. Access Office Hours for drop-in support for building your Bruin Learn Course Sites.
Where to Seek Help
Additional resources are just a click away. In the “Help” menu, you will find information on self-guided training resources designed to teach you general platform navigation. Enhanced trainings are also available in the Bruin Learn Resource Guide. Bruin Learn support is available 24/7 via chat or phone with Canvas Support, as well as from the Help menu.
