Request for feedback from reference or SON colleague

I am on the UCLA School of Nursing search committee and we are considering Dr. […] for the position of [tenure track Assistant Professor…]. Would you be available for a zoom or phone call to provide feedback on this candidate? I have 3-4 questions, and the call should take 15-20 minutes.

Note: ask the colleague about the level of confidentiality they want, and come to an agreement about how the feedback will be used and how it may be presented to other people to protect identity, if that is requested. The information will be shared with the search committee. The other potential people involved in the discussion are the Dean and the Associate Dean for DEI.
