The UCLA National Clinician Scholars Program (NCSP) would like to have more mentors from the SON to help mentor the postdoctoral fellows including nurse fellows and/or physician fellows.

Please note most fellows earn a masters degree in Health Policy and Management at the FSPH during the post doc program, focused on improving health systems and health services for diverse populations.
Shared research interests could make you a great match! But even if the content area is not a match, you could provide valuable career mentorship.
Also, many young fellows are eager toco-author on commentaries, op-eds, and other advocacy articles related to nursing that might be well-suited to partnership with a SON faculty member.
