Problem: your sonnet.ucla.edu or ucla.edu email may link to the campus box, not health sciences. If people share a folder to your @ucla.edu email address, it won’t show up in your health sciences Box.

  • Notes

    • In the 2021 transition to mednet, campus Box accounts were moved to health sciences Box. However, if you log back into campus Box without taking the steps below, it creates a new campus Box account.

    • Health sciences: uclahs.box.com; campus ucla.box.com

Solution (with one caveat):

Caveat

  • Files/folders you have on campus Box should be copied, as they will be lost once the account is deleted.

  1. Delete campus box by requesting campus IT to do so
    IT Support Center
    Phone: (310) 267-HELP (4357)
    Email: help@it.ucla.edu
Per request, we have deleted the campus Box account under pmacey@sonnet.ucla.edu. I would recommend that you link that email address to your Health Box account. If anyone tries to invite you to collaborate in the future it will know to provide access to that Health Box account.

  2. Log in to health sciences box (uclahs.box.com) and add your sonnet email. You can follow these instructions:

https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196513-Manage-Account-Settings#loginandemail

You will receive an email to confirm.
