Problem: your sonnet.ucla.edu email may link to the campus box, not health sciences. If people share a folder with your sonnet email, it won’t show up in your health sciences box.
Solution:
Delete campus box by requesting campus IT to do so

“Per request, we have deleted the campus Box account under pmacey@sonnet.ucla.edu. I would recommend that you link that email address to your Health Box account.
