Problem: your sonnet.ucla.edu email may link to the campus box, not health sciences. If people share a folder with your sonnet email, it won’t show up in your health sciences box.

Solution:

  1. Delete campus box by requesting campus IT to do so

    Per request, we have deleted the campus Box account under pmacey@sonnet.ucla.edu. I would recommend that you link that email address to your Health Box account. If anyone tries to invite you to collaborate in the future it will know to provide access to that Health Box account.

  2. Log in to health sciences box (uclahs.box.com) and add your sonnet email. You can follow these instructions:
