Problem: your sonnet.ucla.edu or ucla.edu email may link to the campus box, not health sciences. If people share a folder to your @ucla.edu email address, it won’t show up in your health sciences Box.

In the 2021 transition to mednet, campus Box accounts were moved to health sciences Box. However, if you log back into campus Box without taking the steps below, it creates a new campus Box account.
