Instructors are added by HR. As of July 2022, lecturers are added by Jennifer Pelayo, and professors by Libby Yoon (academic personnel).
Go to TAT, log in with BOL
Select Academic Year
Latest year is fine; instructors are actually not linked to academic year, but the software requires this
“Add/Change Instructor”
Check that instructor is not on list
Click “Add New Instructor
Enter first and last names
UID and email are optional; often these are not know for incoming instructors
Submit
Edit Instructor
Columns with green headings can be edited directly (click in cell, like Excel)
Edits are automatically saved
